At 11.41pm, I am so ready to doze off. And I suspect working overtime kinda makes you age faster? I was putting moisturizer on my face and was like, oh my gawd, I look so tired and my employer is not gonna pay for my anti-aging skin treatment nor botox nor plastic surgery. Imagine if you have spouse and kids??? They gonna miss you so much. (okay, I am single at the moment so this may not be relevant for me..but hey, maybe to you, eh?). Due to a certain gluttony lunch activity today (buffet sponsored by boss, woot!), I have to force myself to go to the gym. I joined a Lesmills class called Body Jam (which I heard is a cardio exercise inspired by dance movement) which I suppose can make feel kinda less guilty after that lunch buffet extravaganza. =P But the studio feels so stuffy. After 30 mins has passed, the feeling inside the studio has resembled those of sauna. DAMN HOT. This makes me wonder if I should just ditch the class or endure with a positive thinking that working out inside a hot temperature room burns more calories. Wait, does it?
