Welcome to the wonder of role-playing-games (or in short, RPG). My friend has to brag about the upcoming Final Fantasy game for PS4 and here I am, without the console (and the money to buy the console), sulking on the corner of the room. *sob*
While waiting for the raining cash from heaven, I am reminiscing my school-days where I spent most of my time role-playing different RPG characters in front of myold retro telly. Now that I'm grown up (in age but not at heart apparently since I still get all jelly from my friend's FF post), I do wonder what makes role-playing the main character of RPG so exciting?
Square Enix (the producer of Final Fantasy series) said that pretty emo teens are the magic RPG formula. Well I don't disagree with them as my beloved RPG main characters are Cloud Strife (FFVII) and Squall Leonheart (FFVIII). Tidus (FFX) is also pretty and young but he's not emo enough. #fangirlmode
