Procrastinating is one of life's survival skill

If you are wondering if I'm postponing my exercise plan again, well, you are not wrong. Hahaha. But even I know, that cannot be categorised as a good procrastination.

Rules for Procrastination
So, if that's the case, is procrastination really a positive habit in life? Yes, I still believe that.

1. It gives you time to stop and breathe

Living in a fast-paced environment leaves you a little time to stop and breathe while doing your never-ending activities. Procrastination gives you that chance to just stop, breathe and gather yourself together.

2. It lets you prioritise what really matters

Procrastination gives you chance to just stop and prioritise which activity that you need to complete first. And this is especially important in your career. Although at this point, it kinda makes me wonder if prioritising is the better name of procrastinating skill. LOL.

3. It gives you the chance to enjoy things in life

Like more sleeping times instead of hours spent at the gym. Okay, I am kidding. But sleeping hours is really important, you see. =P

I always think the way people doing their work does not really matter as long as the work is completed on time and with good quality. So if someone procrastinate but still able to finish the work, isn't it a good skill? That person is still able to enjoy things in his/her life without getting scolded for lousy work. What an awesome skill.

I'm so gonna master this skill. Seriously. Probably tomorrow....XD

Why you should not work too hard..

...because by the time you reach home, there is simply not enough time to do all the things that you want to do. *sigh* You will be too tired to do a lot of things too. At 11.41pm, I am so ready to doze off. And I suspect working overtime kinda makes you age faster? I was putting moisturizer on my face and was like, oh my gawd, I look so tired and my employer is not gonna pay for my anti-aging skin treatment nor botox nor plastic surgery.  Imagine if you have spouse and kids??? They gonna miss you so much. (okay, I am single at the moment so this may not be relevant for me..but hey, maybe to you, eh?).  Let's shall not forget to make a life tomorrow, people! Cheers!

Because birthday cake is too mainstream

I had a weird random early celebration of my birthday this year. On the last day of Lunar New Year holiday back home in Jakarta, my mum and I spent our lunch together at Sushi Tei, one of popular Japanese restaurant chain in Indonesia (full details here ). And the waitress asked us if there's anyone having a birthday this month. I, happened to have one. And after all our orders have arrived, they surprised us with...A BIRTHDAY SUSHI ROLL. Kudos to Sushi Tei for their creative customer service. XD

Why "pretty" is the best trait of a game's main character?

Welcome to the wonder of role-playing-games (or in short, RPG). My friend has to brag about the upcoming Final Fantasy game for PS4 and here I am, without the console (and the money to buy the console), sulking on the corner of the room. *sob* While waiting for the raining cash from heaven, I am reminiscing my school-days where I spent most of my time role-playing different RPG characters in front of my old  retro telly. Now that I'm grown up (in age but not at heart apparently since I still get all jelly from my friend's FF post), I do wonder what makes role-playing the main character of RPG so exciting? Square Enix (the producer of Final Fantasy series) said that pretty emo teens are the magic RPG formula. Well I don't disagree with them as my beloved RPG main characters are Cloud Strife (FFVII) and Squall Leonheart (FFVIII). Tidus (FFX) is also pretty and young but he's not emo enough. #fangirlmode Are they your high-school crush too? =P
