Eating Out Losing Weight

I had a weird random early celebration of my birthday this year. On the last day of Lunar New Year holiday back home in Jakarta, my mum and I spent our lunch together at Sushi Tei, one of popular Japanese restaurant chain in Indonesia (full details here ). And the waitress asked us if there's anyone having a birthday this month. I, happened to have one. And after all our orders have arrived, they surprised us with...A BIRTHDAY SUSHI ROLL. Kudos to Sushi Tei for their creative customer service. XD

It is 2 hours to my birthday and I have been spending my times watching Running Man   thinking about what I've been through for the past year. Do you do the same if tomorrow is your birthday? Like what the quote says, let's not focusing so much on the number (it's a wise decision considering that our age can only go to one direction), be grateful and enjoy our remaining days on this planet earth.
